Moore Concrete Prestressed Concrete Wall Panels provide a strong, durable and versatile walling solution for agricultural, commercial and industrial applications.
Available in a wide range of heights and thicknesses, our precast concrete panels are suitable for livestock buildings, agricultural sheds, warehouses and commercial buildings, as well as the retention of bulk materials including silage, grain, feed and aggregate.
Manufactured off-site and delivered ready for installation, Prestressed Wall Panels offer a fast and cost-effective alternative to traditional wall construction. Panels can be installed in a range of weather conditions and are available in standard sizes or manufactured to suit specific project requirements.
Available in heights up to 2.0m (6’6″) and thicknesses up to 250mm (10″).

Features & Specifications
Fast Installation – Prestressed Wall Panels are manufactured off-site and delivered ready for installation. This allows large wall areas to be erected quickly while reducing the requirement for on-site labour.
Suitable for Year-Round Installation – Unlike some traditional construction methods, precast concrete panels can be installed in a range of weather conditions, helping projects progress throughout the year.
Strong & Durable – Manufactured using a 50N concrete mix, Prestressed Wall Panels provide a robust solution suitable for demanding agricultural, commercial and industrial environments.
Versatile – Panels are available in a range of heights, thicknesses and lengths, with made-to-measure options available depending on project requirements.
Relocatable – Prestressed Wall Panels can potentially be removed and repositioned, providing greater flexibility where buildings may need to be adapted in the future.
Low Maintenance – Their smooth, impervious concrete surface allows panels to be quickly and easily cleaned, making them particularly suitable for agricultural and storage environments.

Delivery & Install
PRESTRESSED WALL CONCRETE PANELS INSTALLATION & DELIVERY
Precast Prestressed Wall Concrete Panels for retaining materials and for walling are CE manufactured to EN 14992, full specification is available within our Declaration of Performance. The prestressed wall panels are designed by Chartered Structural Engineers in accordance with BS8110 part 1 and BS5502 Part 22.
On delivery of concrete wall panels to site Moore Concrete recommends
Offloading and storage is done safely on firm level ground, by competent persons
Lifting eyes cast into the top edge of the units should be used for lifting and handling (Lifting loops corresponding to the load being lifted can be supplied by Moore Concrete on request)
Loops must not be used with an angled lift less than 45 degrees
Precast concrete panels can be erected regardless of the weather making them a effective solution throughout the year.Installation
Concrete panels are installed level and free from dirt and debris
3 different fixing options are available for use with RSJ’s: Bolted to the inside face (brackets can be used to secure panels to the face for RSJ’s), Bolted to the outside face or Slotted in between RSJ’s.For full Storage and Handling Instructions please refer to additional documents attached
