Precast concrete is fast being recognised as one of the most versatile building products available to architects and designers.
Precast has unique aesthetic qualities, allowing the creation of bespoke finishes, including a wood effect facade panel finish created for Warren Cottage Residence in London, the textured finish on the concrete walls at Ebrington Parade Ground in Londonderry and front panels & public artworks inspired by flotsam and jetsom collected on the beach for the Milford on Sea Beach Huts.
Concrete Facade Panels
The system utilises elastic liners inside the mould which provide a wide range of finishes allowing architects and designers the freedom to realise almost any requirements in design. We have extensive experience in using such formliners to provide textured concrete products throughout the UK and Ireland for both private and commercial projects.

Formliners can be used within the manufacturing process of precast units to provide aesthetically beautiful bespoke design finishes
Formliners can used on individual units to create a standardised finish which blends together to create an overall coordinated look to the project
The rest of the structure can retain all the properties required
Precast Redi-Rock blocks are designed with a natural rock finish providing an optimum engineering solution for retaining walls & landscaping projects. This finish is created using formliners within our moulds to create blocks that are textured on one, two or three sides.
Moore Concrete operates a rigorous quality management system to ensure that all products are manufactured in full compliance with BSI ISO:9001
