WELDING/FABRICATION OPERATIVE Ref. WFO/03/18 We are now seeking a welding operative to work as part of a wider fabrication team in line with the company’s vision and objectives. The purpose of the role is to work as part of the team in carrying out production tasks such as preparation of steel, fabricating rebar cages as per specification (mainly tack welding), ensuring  daily/weekly/monthly targets are met, carrying out tasks effectively, following health and safety procedures and general housekeeping duties. TRAINEE BATCHING COORDINATOR Ref. TBC/03/18 We are now recruiting for a Trainee Batching Coordinator to join our existing Production team. The purpose of the role is to support the Batching Coordinator in managing the quality of concrete mix produced by the batching plant, maintaining the batching plant and equipment, and controlling the supply of concrete mix to both factories and customers.  3 Civil Engineering Apprentices, to commence in summer 2018. This is in collaboration with the Institute Of Civil Engineers via the work+ apprentice scheme.
