The company is customer focus led, ensuring the continued evolution of our extensive product range, designed to meet the requirements of civil infrastructure, agriculture and building customers across the UK & Ireland.
We are currently recruiting for full time Graduate Civil Engineers to join our business as we continue to grow our expertise and scope in providing bespoke solutions to the civil infrastructure market. The graduate scheme would involve rotation through the following teams for periods between 6-12 months:
The role will involve working under the guidance of the experienced managers on a variety of challenging and innovative projects. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain valuable industry experience within a range of. Graduates interested in following the ICE route to Chartered Engineering Technician or Civil Engineer will be mentored in house.

Hours of work: Standard hours will be Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.00pm. 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required to work additional hours if needed.
Essential Criteria:
Third level education in construction/civil/structural engineering or similar
Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
Good communication and organisational skills
Experience with AutoCAD software and familiar with technical/construction drawings
Capability to work in a busy office environment
Willingness to develop expertise in carrying out necessary tasks
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Desirable Criteria:
Experience or knowledge of precast concrete structures
Knowledge or understanding of construction/manufacturing environments
Knowledge or understanding of Revit would be beneficial
