Above Ground Post Tensioned Tanks
Moore Concrete manufactures and erects a wide range of circular stores using Danish technology. The tanks are designed in compliance with BS5502-50 and are suitable for the storage of animal slurry, sewage, and water.
The above ground post tensioned tanks range in size from 319m3 (70,000 gallons) to 4700m3 (1million gallons) and are available in heights of 3.85m, 5m and 6m.
Moore Concrete also quotes for the laying of the concrete base, including concrete and mesh. The earthworks are generally carried out by the customer. The post tensioned tank is erected by Moore Concrete installation team. The erectors normally require a minimum of one metre working space around the outside of the tank.
Prices are also available for accessories such as platform/ladder, jetters, sluice valves, side stirrers and reception tanks.
The above ground tanks can also be supplied with an airtight soft cover.
These post tensioned tanks are also suitable for anaerobic digestion and storage within Biogas Plants manufactured by Moore Biosystems.
