Bunker Walls

Our Bunker Wall Range provides a flexible solution for your recycling materials.  The Bunker Walls are also available with corner units which allow you to easily change bay sizes to match your storage requirements.

The units are designed to optimise the flow of material to the bottom of the silo and the straight edge at the base facilitates ease of loading for the operator.

Sizes of bunker walls range from 2.4m high to 3.6m high.

Pre-stressed Wall Panels

We also manufacture a range of Prestressed Wall Panels.  

Offering considerable time and financial savings over traditional construction methods our retainer wall panel system is suitable for use in the construction of silo walls. Manufactured in full compliance withISO 9001 our retainer wall panels are finished to the highest quality.

Fixed to the face of the stanchion, the silo walls are suitable for the storage of any type of recycling material. Available in athickness of 150mm (6”) these prestressed panels are able to withstand a high level of pressure.  

Concrete H Posts are also available to facilitate Dual Load Bearing.

The panels are available in both 0.6m (2ft) and 1.2m (4ft) high and join together using a simple tongue and groove system. Panel length can be adjusted to suit your requirements. However panel lengths depend on loading conditions. Our staff will be able to provide general guidance on heights. Information is also available on stanchions and foundation footings.

Prestressed retainer wall panels are also suitable for use in construction of non agricultural buildings.

 

Free Standing Retainer Walls

Free standing Retainer Walls are ideal for the bulk storage of materials such as paper, glass, wood, plastic or food. Designed to facilitate dual load bearing, these L-shaped walls are available in heights of 2.4m (8ft),3.0m (10ft) and4.0m (13ft).

Each unit can be easily transported from one location to another.

Pull-out points can be cast above the heel on request, to allow the farmer easy access to the silage face.

Corner units of these retainer walls are also available.
