Gang Slats
Moore Concrete manufacture a range of 178mm(7") and 255mm(10") deep gang slats suitable for both beef and dairy cattle. Each slat is designed to ensure optimum space to surface ratio, allowing animal waste to fall directly into the storage tank below.
The slats are manufactured on a dry cast system ensuring a slightly textured surface to provide a secure footing for livestock. These gangs can also be manufactured with a carborandum dusting on request.
We also manufacture dual purpose slats suitable for use with calves, pigs and sheep.
Straw bedding slats are also available from Moore Concrete.
Safety Slats
Safety slats are available for all gang slats manufactured by Moore Concrete. These mixing points provide trouble free access to the slurry channel. Suitable for use with all types of mixing and pumping systems, the safety slat features a slatted concrete or galvanised lid, in combination with a galvanised safety lid.
Moore Concrete also manufacture a range of solid mixing points.
Single slats are available to special order.
